• A student after taking admission at the school will be bound by the rules and
regulation of the school.
• Each student will be issued an Identity Card. The entry into the school / classes will be only
with the Identity card. If the ID card is lost or misplaced, a duplicate I-Card can be asked from
the school against payment of Rs. 100/-. If any student is found misusing the I-Card, he / she will
be penalized.
• The student has to attend the school regularly with the uniform and I-Card.
• It is compulsory and mandatory to provide valid e-mail id / mobile no. of the student / parent.
The result of the test and any other related information by the school will be sent to the student /
parent only through e-mail. The school shall not be responsible if any information regarding result
or anything is not received by the student / parent if the student has not provided proper e-mail id
or mobile number in the form at the time of Admission.
• The student who is enrolled with the school will have to work hard regularly. In case, if the
teachers feel that the student is not working hard, creating indiscipline in the Institute or
hostel, irregular in attendance, not responding properly, he/she may be warned and if necessary the
decision of school management in this regard will be final and binding on the student. No fee or
part of the fee will be refunded in such cases.
• If any student absents himself /herself for more than 7 days continuously without any prior
written application, he /she will not be allowed to enter in the class. The decision of the
Principal in this regard will be final and binding on the students and parents.
• If any student after admission exercised his/her higher option through e-admission process will be
refunded the deposited amount after deducting amount as instructed by the Govt. of Odisha.
• In case of lower option exercised by a student refund will be decided by the Management
• The parent can meet the Principal for any enquiry about their wards progress or any other problem
concerning their ward with prior appointment only.
• Any change of address has to be notified in writing to the office within 7-10 days.
• A student who is late 10 minutes for classes/ tests will not be allowed to enter the classroom for
that period.
• If any type of mishap occurs in the premises of the school because of situation beyond control or
any other natural calamity like earthquake, floods. Fire, electric short circuit, the school is not
responsible in any manner whatsoever.
• The student is not allowed to carry mobile phone / I-pod in the classes.
• The school shall not be responsible for providing sitting arrangement to the parents while the
classes and /or test of their wards shall be on.
• The school reserves its rights to make any alteration in its program /timing and days of classes
without any prior notice to anybody. The decision of the Principal will be final and binding on the
student and parents.
• I have read the terms and conditions & various principles of the school as mentioned in the
prospectus & promise to abide by the same.

WEEKLY TEST SERIES (CHSE) In every weekend a Test based on CHSE pattern are conducted by the school starting from the beginning of the month of July and will continue up to the end of September every year.
REVISION TEST SERIES (RTS)🎯
This is a unique test conducted every week along with the revision classes during the month of September/October every year.
